This week has been very different from the other. I'm doing practices in Torquay , a town of England, and the teaching here is very different from Spain. I'm in a class with children who are 4 years old, where they are playing during all the day. Here there aren’t books and they do few homework.
On Tuesday they told a tale titled "Little Red Riding Hood" and during all the week they were doing activities about the tale and they re-read the book as about 3 times ... something that I think is too much for children who are 4 years old.
Each children can choose what they want to do, something that I also think that it's very strange.
And every day there are different children in class.
On Thursday we had to sing the song of "Hate, shoulder, knees and toes ... "in Spanish.
We also made cookies and played with the whiteboard, because there is one ot them in all the classes.

My third week in the school
On Monday and Tuesday I went to a party in the school because there was the day of “The father Faustino”, who was the founder of the school.
On Wednesday I gave a lesson at 2ºB of Primary. I was explaining the new unit, the unit five “ My house is too small”. First, we listened to a song, with each animal, for example with the horse, dog, cat, parrot…
Second, they repeated the animals´ name.
Third, we were playing to play.
On Thursday, I gave a lesson in second of child. We were reviewing the colours, family and numbers. I did a play with the children, I hid the numbers of the cards and they had to look for them.
Then, we sang a song: "Bye , bye see you tomorrow, bye bye see you tomorrow, bye bye see you tomorrow…"
On Friday, I finished my practices.

My second week in the school.
On Monday, I gave the lessons. I explained “ must and any” , I did phrases in the blackboard and we read some example:
- There are some cinemas.
- There aren’t any cinemas.
On Tuesday, I corrected the sentences with “ Get up”, “Go to the school”, “ Go home”, “ Have lunch”, “ Go to the shopping”, “Have a dinner”… with them.
I gave the lesson in the “second child course”. We reviewed the numbers, colors and family. Then we played and sang in English.
On Thursday, I gave the lesson in the first course. Firstly we had to see the day. The second I put a song of “How about you?” and we played.
The children went to the blackboard and they took a card and they had to put an action with each animal. Then we played a game called “memory”.
